S.A Dass is a Probational Estate Agent (PEA 1424), Probationary Estate Agent registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, and Estate Agents, Malaysia.
He holds a Master in International Trade, Bachelor of Arts and has completed his Certificate in Estate Agency (CEA) from National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN), Jabatan Penilaian dan Perkhidmatan Harta, Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia in 2014.
He has been involved in real estate agency services for more ten years. His experiences include negotiating and dealing with all parties involved in sales and rental of properties, marketing and closing of transactions.
Marketing includes listing the property in the local multiple listing services, placing advertisements in local media and on the Internet.
Focus areas are residential and commercial properties within Cheras, Kajang, Puchong, Sri Kembangan, Putrajaya Cyberjaya and Kuala Lumpur.
